Paul Costello grew up in the business and has been keeping East Honolulu pools clean since 2000. Today, as owner and operator, he personally serves families and businesses across Hawaii Kai, Kahala, Portlock, Diamond Head, and every neighborhood in between. Many of his customers have been with him for decades.
